| 摘 要： | 圆盘锯机在线材厂投入使用时不能满足生产的需要：锯切周期太长，锯片使用性能差，经过对设备进行技术改造和对设备操作规程进行优化，以及在操作上加强管理，使之关键指标大幅度提升，为圆盘锯机的使用改善提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | Due to rather long cutting-cycle and poor blade operation performance,the circular sawing machine located at the Wire Rod-rolling Plant of Pangng Group Chengdu I&S Co.Ltd.failed to meet to the need for production at its early operation stage.Accordingly analysis and study are made in bid to considerably improve the key performance target values,involving measures concerning technical modification,optimization of the operation procedures and better operation management of the machine,etc.,which offers a new idea for bettering performance of the circular sawing machine. |
