喷动流化床内砂状氢氧化铝结晶实验研究

摘    要:在直径为100 mm的喷动流化床中,苛性比小于1.9,流化速度分别为1.42×10-3m/s,1.98×10-3m/s,2.55×10-3m/s的条件下进行了砂状氢氧化铝结晶实验,考察了苛性比和流化速度对晶粒生长和次生晶核形成的影响,建立了适宜的喷动流化结晶条件。

Abstract:Experimental study on the crystallization of sand-like aluminum hydroxide was carried out in a spouted fluidized bed with a diameter of 100mm.As the main chemical and hydrodynamic factors the caustic mole ratios were controlled within 1.9 and the operating flow velocities were set 1.42×10-3,1.98×10-3 and 2.55×10-3(m/s) respectively.Their effects on the grain growth and formation of secondary crystal nucleus were obtained.The appropriate operation conditions were established for the sand-like aluminum hydroxide crystallization in the spouted fluidized bed.
