电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定锡钛合金中钛含量

摘    要:提出了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)测定锡钛合金中钛含量的分析方法。讨论了分析线、酸度及基体元素对钛测定结果的影响。对样品进行连续9次测定,其相对标准偏差在0.47%-0.51%区间内,回收率在98.1%~102.8%之间。该法快捷、准确,并且克服了化学分析方法的过程繁琐、周期长、工作量大等缺点。

Determination of Titanium in Tin and Titanium Alloy by ICP-AES

Abstract:Determination of titanium content in tin and titanium alloy was studied using the whole spectrum direct-reading high-resolution inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES). The effects of the analysis line, acidity and matrix elements on determination of titanium were analyzed. The relative standard deviation was from 0. 47% to 0. 51%, and the recovery rate was between 98.1% and 102. 8% by 9-time sample analysis.
