| 摘 要： | 提出了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪（ICP-AES）测定锡钛合金中钛含量的分析方法。讨论了分析线、酸度及基体元素对钛测定结果的影响。对样品进行连续9次测定，其相对标准偏差在0．47％-0．51％区间内，回收率在98．1％～102．8％之间。该法快捷、准确，并且克服了化学分析方法的过程繁琐、周期长、工作量大等缺点。

| Abstract: | Determination of titanium content in tin and titanium alloy was studied using the whole spectrum direct-reading high-resolution inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer （ICP-AES）. The effects of the analysis line, acidity and matrix elements on determination of titanium were analyzed. The relative standard deviation was from 0. 47% to 0. 51%, and the recovery rate was between 98.1% and 102. 8% by 9-time sample analysis. |
