2011年中国锆工业年评

对2011年中国锆产业的生产状况进行了统计，重点分析了生产及进口情况。2011年中国共生产锆英砂约5×104t，进口锆英砂总量（折合成精矿）为67．38×104t，总需求量为72．38×104t；生产氯氧化锆229034t，生产二氧化锆（由氯氧化锆转型而来）21180t，生产硫酸锆12830t，生产碳酸锆12546t，生产电熔锆48288t，生产硅酸锆325000t。由于国际金融危机和中国控制通胀措施的影响，锆制品的市场需求下降，开工不足，再加上原材料价格高居不下，全行业陷入微利状况。建议企业开发高新技术产品，实现产业的升级，并鼓励上下游企业间相互融合，促进行业的健康平稳发展。

Report on China Zirconium Industry Progress in 2011

The zirconium industry production status of China was reviewed, and the imports as well as the output situ- ation were also analyzed. 2011 Chinese zircon sand yield reached 5 × 104 t. The total amount of imported zircon sand （converted into concentrate） was 67.38 ×104 t, while the total demand was 72.38 × 104 t. The zirconium oxychloride yield was 229 034 t, and the production of zirconium dioxide （ transformed by zirconium oxychtoride）, zirconium sul- fate, zirconium carbonate, fused zirconia, and zirconium silicate were 21 180 t, 12 830 t, 12 546 t, 48 288 t and 325 000 t, respectively. Demand of zirconium products declined due to the international financial crisis and the influence of China＇s inflation measures. Coupled with high raw material prices, the whole industry was in low-profit condition. Therefore to develop high-tech products, upgrade the industry and cooperate with upstream and downstream compa- nies, in order to promote a steady development of the industry were recommended for enterprises.
