摘    要:随着航空业的发展,对海绵钛质量的要求越来越高的同时,对高品质海绵钛的需求也大幅量增加。通过对MHT-90海绵钛生产过程中质量控制的难点进行分析,得出O、Fe两种元素的含量是影响MHT-90海绵钛产出率的主要因素,探讨了海绵钛产品中杂质元素O和Fe的来源和行为机理,提出了控制O、Fe杂质元素的措施,并在国内某公司的生产中进行了应用,取得了良好的效果。

The Way to Improve the MHT-90 Titanium Sponge Productivity

Abstract:The quality requirements of titanium sponge and the demand for high quality titanium sponge are increasing with the development of the aviation industry. The difficulty in controlling quality of MHT-90 titanium sponge during production were analyzed in this paper. And it is found that the main factor which influences the MHT-90 titanium sponge productivity is the higher oxygen and iron impurities contents. The sources of oxygen and iron impurities in ti- tanium sponge product and the mechanism of behavior were discussed in detail and the effective measures of controlling oxygen and iron impurities have been presented. The new approach for improving the MHT-90 titanium sponge produc- tivity was presented in a domestic titanium sponge plant combined with production practice, and has achieved good effect.
