摘    要:利用残钛制备出质量优良的TA2纯钛铸锭。以此铸锭作为挤压坯料,经无压余挤压制备出钛-铜复合型材。该钛-铜复合型材表面光洁,断面形状准确,钛层厚度均匀一致,界面达到了冶金结合,符合GB/T12769-2003技术标准要求。为用户提供了满足需要的产品。

High Quality Titanium-Copper Metal Clad Shape Bar Prepared by Recycling Titanium

Abstract:The high quality ingot was produced using the remnant titanium recycling technology.The ingot was forged and machined into the extrusion raw material;before extrusion,the extrusion raw material was covered by the copper plate.Then the titanium-copper composite was extruded.The surface of extruded composite is bright and clean,and composite has accurate section,homogeneous titanium thickness.The contact surface between the titanium and the copper has achieved the metallurgical bond,and meets the GB/T 12769-2003 technical standard,and finally,products meet needs of users.
