| 摘 要： | 还原蒸馏容器是生产海绵钛的关键设备，制造高品质的还原蒸馏容器有利于提高海绵钛的质量，同时可以减少容器的更换次数，延长其使用寿命并降低生产成本。就还原蒸馏容器的工作状况及性能要求进行了简要介绍，并对目前还原蒸馏容器材质的选择及结构设计现状做了详述。

| Abstract: | Reduction distillation reactor is the crucial equipment in production of sponge titanium, and high-quality reduction distillation reactor can improve the quality of sponge titanium produced and reduce the times of vessel replacing. Therefore, its service life could be prolonged and the cost of production could be reduced. Working conditions and required properties of reduction distillation reactor are briefly introduced, and material selection and structural design of reactor are further detailed. |
