摘    要:分析了超粗晶粒硬质合金的韧性与耐磨性等性能特点,以及用作盾构刀具时在施工中对地下土质、水压的复杂变化工况的良好适应性.采用相变控制技术和致密化处理技术,研制的合金材料获得了良好的综合性能.制成盾构刀具经考核,其使用效果与进口同类产品相当.

Abstract:The toughness and abrasive resistance of super-coarse cemented carbide,and the adaptability of shield tools made from such carbide to underground earth and water-pressure in tunneling construction were studied.By the use of phase-transition control and densification techniques,quality cemented carbide was developed.It was proved by practical validation,such shield tools have same results as imported tools.
