| Abstract: | This article has presented the relationship between product microstruc-ture and some important defects frequently occured in ironbased powder mitallurgycomponents, such as crack, dimentional fluctuation, mechanical deficiency, hard cutting and so on. Some typical microstructures were analyzed, showing up the potential causes in relation with the defects, so as to improve the process level. |
