超细活性锌粉的制备与表征

摘    要:本文介绍了电解法制备超细活性锌粉的工艺方法。结合实验结果讨论了溶液锌离子浓度、电流密度、电解液温度、表面活性剂等条件对粉末粒度的影响。对制得的粉末用扫描电镜 (SEM)、X射线衍射 (XRD)、表面活性测定仪 (BET)进行了粒度的测定和结构分析

Abstract:The electrolytic method t o prepare ultrafine and active Zin c powder is introduced. Several fac tors,which influence the preparati on of zinc powder,such as concentr ation of solution,current density, electrolyte temperature and use or surfactant,are analyzed. The size distribution and structure of zinc powder was studied by X ray diffra ction(XRD),scan electronmicroscopy (SEM)and BET.
