用非牛顿流体浸渍含油轴承的实验研究

摘    要:选用基础油(30号机械油)加高分子添加剂(聚乙丁烯)构成非牛顿流体,用于含油轴承的浸渍实验研究.实验表明,在同样载荷下,用非牛顿流体浸渍的含油轴承具有更小的摩擦系数和更小的温升,而且还能提高含油轴承的极限PV值.添加剂比例的增大,对于降低轴承的摩擦系数和温升是有益的.最后对该轴承进行了润滑机理分析.

Abstract:The porous journal bearings with non-newtonian fluid composed of base oil(No.30 mechanical oil)added with high polymer chemical additive(polyisobutylene) was studied.The results show that the porous bearings lubricated with non-newtonian fluid have lower coefficient of friction,smaller temperature rise and improved PV values.The increase of additive content reduces the friction coefficient and the temperature rise.The lubrication mechanism of the porous journal bearing with non-Newtonian fluid is discussed ...
