摘    要:以1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢为参考,在Gleeble1500热模拟试验机上对5Cr21Mn9Ni4N(21-4N)阀门钢的热轧变形抗力进行了研究,得到了它们的变形抗力曲线。分析了各典型变形抗力模型的预报精度。用合理的模型结构形成回归了两钢种的热轧变形抗力西式。

Abstract:Compared with the deformation resistance of steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, the deformation resistance of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N(21-4N) during hot rolling was studied using the Gleeble 1500 hot simulation testing machine.With the deformation resistance curves attained. the authors analyze the forecast precision of several typical deformation resistance models. The deformation resistance models of two steels during hot rolling have been established with regression analysis of reasonable structural formula.
