Cr-Mo-Ni系新型铸造热锻模具钢的微合金化

摘    要:向成分(%):C01~05,Cr10~50,Mo03~20,Ni10~20新型铸造热锻模具钢中加入微合金化元素Nb、V、Ti、RE、Ca等,细化了晶粒、改善了夹杂物形态及分布。冲击韧性、延伸率、断面收缩率提高了一倍左右,断裂韧性和抗冷热疲劳性能也有明显改善。

Abstract:With grain refining, and morphology and distribution of inclusions improving by adding micro\|alloying element \| Nb, V, Ti, RE and Ca, the impact toughness, elongation and reduction of area of new C 0.10.5\|Cr 1.05.0\|Mo 0.32.0\|Ni 1.02.0 steel for cast hot\|forging die increased by over 1 time, and the fracture toughness and thermal fatigue resistance of steel improved obviously.
