摘    要:采用不同粘度的冷轧油,研究了轧制成形过程中润滑油膜对不锈钢轧后表面粗糙度的影响。轧制实验表明:油膜厚度减少有利于不锈钢带轧后表面质量的改善。

Abstract:The influence of lubricating film during rolling deformation on surface roughness of stainless steel rolled has been studied by using the cold rolling oils with different viscosity. The rolling test results show that to decrease the oil film thickness is beneficial to improve the surface quality of rolled stainless steel strip.
