攀钢转炉-大方坯连铸工艺生产齿轮钢20CrMoH的实践

摘    要:攀钢采用120t顶底复吹转炉→LF+RH精炼→大方坯连铸(280mm×380mm)→热轧工艺生产规格为Φ25~60mm的20CrMoH齿轮钢,检验结果表明,成品检验结果为成分(%):C0.19~0.22,Mn0.54~0.58,Cr0.97~1.03,Mo0.18~0.19,P0.019~0.028,S0.006~0.012,ΔHRC J9≤6、J15≤9,O]≤20×10-6,A,B类夹杂≤1.5级,C,D类夹杂≤1.0级,机械性能和低倍组织均满足标准要求。

Abstract:The Φ25 ~ 60 mm round bars of gear steel 20CrMoH have been produced at Panzhihua Iron and Steel by 120 t top and bottom combined blown converter - LF + RH refining - 280 nun x 380 mm bloom concasting - hot rolling process. The examination results showed that the products analysis was 0.19- 0.22C, 0.54 ~ 0.58Mn, 0.97 - 1.03Cr, 0.18?0.19Mo, 0.019~0.028P, 0.006~0.012S; the hardenability band AHRC J9 was ≤6, AHRC J15≤9, O]≤20 x 10-6,inclusion rating number- type A, B W1.5 and type C, D w 1; and the mechanical properties and macrostructure all met requirement of standard.
