富氧天然气枪抑制镍闪速炉喉口部粘结研究与实践

摘    要:闪速炉由反应塔、沉淀池贫化区及上升烟道组成,闪速炉上升烟道喉口部粘结是制约闪速炉系统作业率及生产负荷提升的重要影响因素之一。经生产实践总结,通过富氧天然气枪抑制喉口部粘结技术创新,有效抑制了上升烟道喉口部结瘤,实现了喉口部“零爆破”。

Abstract:The flash furnace(FF)is composed by reaction tower,sedimentation tank,depletion zone and rising flue.The adhesion of the FF rising flue's throat department is one of the important factors that restrict the operating rate and the production load of the FF system.By summary of production practice,the technological innovation of the oxygen-enriched natural gas gun has effectively sup-pressed the nodules at the throat of the rising flue and achieved“Zero Blasting”at the throat.
