| 摘 要： | 对包钢连铸中间包覆盖剂配方的设计思路及设计原则 ,以及配方的物化性能和连铸机的试验情况作了介绍 ,试验结果表明覆盖剂保温性能好 ,渣耗适中 ,并有较强的防止钢液二次氧化及吸收Al2 O3 等非金属夹杂的能力 ,且对内衬及长水口侵蚀也较少

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the design and principle of proportioning of covering flux in caster tundish and the physical and chemical properties of the flux as well as their testing results in continuous casting machine operation. The results show that this kind of covering flux has better capability of incubation, appropriate slag consumption, better capability of protecting molten steel against reoxidation and absorption of non-metallic inclusions such as Al 2O 3, etc., and weaker corrosion to lining and shroud. |
