电炉热装铁水炼钢工艺及效果

摘    要:在我国废钢短缺,铁多钢少,铁钢比远大于1。尤其是在铁水价格低于废钢价格的情况下,电炉热装铁水炼钢具有增产,节能降耗,。提高经济效益的效果。文中主要就试验结果进行了分析和讨论。结果表明:电炉热装30%左右铁水可使生产率提高15%,电耗降低20%,电极消耗降低15%。

Abstract:Under the conditions of shortage of scrap, more iron and less steel with the ratio ofiron versus steel much more than 1 and especially the price of iron lower than that of scrap, electricfurnace hot charging steelmaking process has the advantageous effects of increasing productivity, energy saving and consumption reduction and improving economic benefits. This paper concentrate upon analysis and discussion on experimental results which show that productivity can be improved by15% with about 30% molten steel hot charged in electric furnace, power consumption be reducedby 20% and electrode consumption be decreased by 15%.
