摘    要:介绍了莱芜钢铁集团公司所开发的Q345E钻井平台结构用E级H型钢的生产工艺流程和在生产过程中所采取的有关技术措施以及其产品性能.实践表明,该钢种成分设计合理,力学性能、表面质量及尺寸精度均能满足标准及用户要求.

Abstract:The present paper introduces the production process flow and the technological measures adopted in the process of production as well as the product properties of Q345E steel developed by Laiwu Iron and Steel Group for driven well floor structure purpose.Practical results show that the design of the chemical compositions of this steel grade is reasonable and the mechanical property,surface quality and dimensional accuracy completely conform to the standard and satisfy the users' requirments.
