改性活性炭处理含氰废水的试验研究

摘    要:采用阳离子絮凝剂聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵对活性炭进行改性,并通过试验研究了改性活性炭处理模拟含氰废水。试验结果表明,废水PH值为8,改性活性炭用量为12g/L,吸附时间为5h,反应温度为20℃,CN^-的去除率可达到99%以上,处理后废水中CN^-的质量浓度低于0.5mg/L。该吸附反应符合Langmuir等温方程。该方法具有处理含氰废水效果好、操作简单等优点。

Abstract:Powdered activated carbon (PAC) is modified by the cationic flocculant poly-dimethyl-diallyl-ammonium chloride. And the simulation experiment on the treatment for wastewater containing cyanide with modified PAC absorption is conducted. The results show that the removal rate of cyanide can be over 99% in the following conditions: the pH is 8, the dosage of modified PAC is 12g/L, the contacting time is 5h and the reaction temperature is 20℃. The residual concentration of cyanide is less than 0.5mg/L after the treatment and the absorption process accords with Langmuir absorption isotherms.This technology has advantages of high treatment efficiency,easy operation and so on.
