乌山铜钼矿高次生铜矿石铜钼分离关键技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对乌山铜钼矿矿石中次生铜矿物含量高,及其选矿厂设备选型配置、工艺流程结构不合理等问题,进行了技术研究和流程改造。通过对其工艺参数及技术条件的优化,对现场分离设备重新选型和设计,解决了流程无法实现连续稳定生产等突出问题,使设备选型和流程结构满足了生产要求,为铜钼成功分离奠定了良好的基础。经工艺流程的改造优化,铜钼分离钼精矿品位和钼回收率均达到投产以来最好水平,其中钼精矿品位累计为48.48%,累计含铜1.49%,钼回收率由改造前的30.58%提高到81.82%;且铜钼分离流程运行稳定,经济效益显著。

Abstract:Considering the high content of secondary copper minerals in copper-molybdenum ores in Wushan mine, and configuration of equipment selection in dressing plant and problems concerning improper design of proces ses, a technical research and process optimization are carried out. Re-selection and re-design of field separation equipment are achieved through optimization of process parameters and technical conditions. Prominent problems like the process unable to realize persistent and stable production are solved, making the equipment selection and process design meet the production requirement, contributing to the separation of copper and molybdenum in next phase. Profiting from the optimization, the separation got the best performance since Commencement in both molybdenum concentrate grade and molybdenum recovery rate, statistically speaking, the concentrate grade is accumulatively 48.48 % , copper content 1.49 % , and the recovery rate improved from 30.58 % before the optimization to 81.82 %. Besides, the process functions stably and notable economic benefits are obtained.
