含高砷、银铜矿石微捕收浮选新工艺试验研究

摘    要:某含高砷、银铜矿石采用混合浮选工艺处理,所得银铜精矿由于含砷较高,银精矿出售时其中的铜不计价,矿石中伴生的铜矿物资源被浪费.通过对该矿石进行降砷试验研究,采用复合抑制剂HD-01,对砷矿物进行选择性抑制,利用矿石中铜、银矿物自然可浮性较好的特点,进行微捕收浮选新工艺试验研究,在不影响银回收率的情况下,使银铜精矿中含砷降到2.32%,达到银精矿出售含砷质量要求标准,使53%的铜矿物得到综合回收,大大地提高了企业的经济效益,同时为铜、砷分离浮选提供了可借鉴的经验.

Abstract:The silver-copper ore in a certain mine is processed with bulk flotation technique. But the copper in concentrate is not paid for the high arsenic content. With HD -01 compound depressor, the arsenic mineral is selectively depressed. Based on the high natural floatability of silver and copper minerals, micro-collecting floatation experiments are carried out. As a result, the arsenic content of concentrate is reduced to 2.32% and meets the selling standard. Meanwhile, 53% copper is recovered and it brings great economic benefit to the mine.
