论压滤技术在氰化提金厂的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了几座氰化提金厂应用压滤技术的实践,由此说明,在氰化厂洗涤作业、尾矿作业使用压滤技术可提高洗涤率,减少已溶金的损失;实现贫液最大量返回,使滤液中的氰化物重复利用,基本上可以取消污水处理工序,并且可减少氰化厂新水用量;可改变尾矿堆存工艺,减少尾矿处理投资。总之,压滤技术的应用可降低氰化成本,给氰化厂带来较好的经济效益。

Abstract:The applications of pressure filtration technique in several cyanid mills are introduced in thes paper. It shows that by using this technique in washing and tailing operations, the washing efficiency can be improved, the loss of dissolved gold cut down, the maximun return of barren liquor achieved and the cyanide in filtrate can be reused. As a result, it can omit the operating procedure of waste water treatment, thus secreasing the consumption of fresh water. In this way, it changes the method of tailing storahe, so the investment in tailing treatment can be reduced greatly, In short, pressure filtration technique will bring lower operation cost and better economic benefit to cyanide mills.
