天马山矿石金、砷、硫的选矿分离回收工艺试验研究

摘    要:天马山矿矿石属含砷高硫难选金矿石,对该矿石进行了选矿工艺试验研究,采用优先浮选金、次氯酸钙作氧化剂氧化浮选分离黄铁矿和毒砂、磁选分离磁黄铁矿和毒砂工艺流程,综合回收金、硫、砷,取得了较好的选别指标。此工艺比较适合天马山矿石性质和该矿实际生产情况。

Abstract:The ore of Tianmashan mine belongs to high sulfur and hig harsenic refractory ore.Adopting preferential flotation of gold,then taking calcium hypochlorite as oxidant to inhibit arsenopyrite so that to make flotation of pyrite,again making magnetic separation of magnetic pyrite and arsenopyrite to divorce them from each other,from above,the synthetic recovery of gold,arsenic,sulfur is brought into being getting satisfactory result.This technology is demonstrated by experiments to be adaptable for the treatment of such kind ores and for the practical production of Tianmashan mine.
