锌粉给料机添加方式的改进实践

摘    要:锌粉添加的连续、均匀、稳定对锌粉置换工艺指标的影响甚大。针对天利公司锌粉给料机给料时断时续、不均匀的问题,采用介质球改变锌粉粘结,对锌粉给料方式进行改进。应用实践表明,给料方式的改进不仅使置换作业指标明显提高,而且使锌粉用量大幅下降,改进效果显著。

Abstract:The continuity, equality and stability of zinc dust adding influences the techniqual indices of precipitation greatly. Aiming at the problems of discontinuity and unequality for zinc powder adding in Tianli company, med um balls are used to change the zinc powder bonding situation. Practices show that the reform of adding method can not only improve the precipitation indices, but also reduce the dosage of zinc powder.
