载金炭常压、无氰、乙醇蒸馏解吸工艺的改进

摘    要:针对载金炭经常压、无氰、乙醇蒸馏解吸工艺处理后,解吸炭品位仍较高的问题,通过工业试验,找出了载金炭解吸过程中最有效的时间段,提出了把一次完整的解吸过程分成两段的新方法。对新方法中两次解吸条件的异同做了讨论,在此基础上对常规常压、无氰、乙醇蒸馏解吸工艺进行了改进。工艺改进后,单筐载金炭解吸时间从12~16h缩短到9h,尾炭品位从150g/t左右普遍降至30~50g/t,单塔日解吸载金炭量从200kg上升到300kg。该工艺已应用于云南某金矿的实际生产,效果良好。

Abstract:In order to reduce the gold grade of the gold-unloaded carbon in traditional technology of ethanol distillation method without cyanide under normal pressure,the most efficient period in the whole desorption process has been worked out in industrial experiments.A new method has been proposed as follow: separating the whole desorption process into two subsections.Both the same and different conditions between the two desorption sections have been analysed.As a result,the traditional technology has been improved.The desorption time has been shortened from 12~16 hours to 9 hours,the grade of gold-unloaded carbon has been reduced from 150g/t to 30~50g/t and the throughput of each desorption columniation per day increased from 200kg to 300kg by using this new technology.The new technology has been applied in a gold mine in Yunnan province,and the results are very good.Further research needs to be conducted in order to reveal the transformation mechanism of different gold forms and the gold existence proportion in gold-loaded carbon in the two subsections.
