| 摘 要： | 针对某企业原有称重设备技术水平落后、控制精度和生产效率低的实际情况,对出料装置、称重传感器配置及电气、称重控制过程实施了技术改造。改造后的控制系统以PLC为核心,称重传感器为检测元件,变频电动机为执行元件,人机界面为监控手段,提高了系统的控制精度和稳定性。开发了控制系统和人机界面程序,增强了系统的可扩展性,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | The technical level,control precision and production efficiency of the weighing equipments in a company is low. Technical reform is carried out aiming at the discharging device,weighing sensor distribution,electric and weighing control process. The reformed control system,which is with PLC as the core element,weighing sensor as the detecting element,frequency convension motor as the action element,man-machine interface as the monitoring means,can enhance the systemic control accuracy and stability obviously. The new control system and man-machine interface program improves the extendibility and creat good economic benefits for enterprises. |
