摘    要:缩短充填料浆的凝结时间是提高充填体早期强度、降低充填成本的有效途径之一。为此,开展了早强剂在膏体充填中的应用研究。试验表明,充填料浆中添加水玻璃能满足采场对膏体凝结的要求。工业试验表明,添加10%水玻璃后膏体最终初凝时间为450 min,采场终凝时间为3 d。

Abstract:To increase the early strength of the paste filling and decrease filling cost,shortening the setting time of the backfill paste is one of the effective ways.To confirm it,early strength agent in paste filling was applied and studied.The results showed that the addition of sodium silicate to the paste can meet the standard of paste setting in stopes.Moreover,the industrial test showed that with the addition of 10 % sodium silicate,the initial setting time of the paste was 450 min,while the final setting time was 3 days.
