摘    要:介绍了小秦岭某铜精矿性质;比较分析了铜硫浮选分离、硫精矿氰化和碱浸预处理后氰化、氰渣浮选两种工艺处理该金精矿试验结果。比较结果表明,采用碱浸预处理后氰化、氰渣浮选工艺经济效益更好。在试验中,还探讨了采用处理后的活化水提高氰化金浸出率方法,这为研究改进氰化工艺提供了一条新思路。

Abstract:Some charactes of the Cu-baring gold concentrate from Xiaoqinling district is presented. The Experimental results by two different processes treating the Cu-baring concentrate were compared. The first was separation flotation of copper and sulfide following Au-baring sulfide concentrate cyanidaion. The second was that cyanidation after alkali leaching was followed by flotation of cyanide residue. The second was better than the first for treating the Cu-baring gold concentrate in economic efficiency. The concentrate cyanided using water treated specially was also investigated to increase gold recovery. The result presents a new suggestion to improve cyanide processes.
