铁帽型金矿石制粒堆浸提金工艺的探讨

摘    要:以一铁帽型金矿石的堆浸生产实践为例,结合其矿石性质,分析了铁帽型金矿石堆浸的可行, 探讨了堆浸时制粒与否,pH值,药剂制度和浸出时间等浸出因素对浸出效果的影响,以优化生产条件,生产实践表明,对于这类氧化程度高,含泥多的低品位铁帽型金矿石,采用制粒堆浸工艺,可以获得较好的技术指标,金浸出率达到77%。

Abstract:The Palletizing heap leaching can resolve a problem that the ore high containing clay is unfit for direct heap leaching. According to production example of a ferrous-cap gold mine and it's mineral property, the paper analyses this feasibility of ferrous-cap gold ore by heap leaching. It also studies influence of some factors to heap leaching such as palletizing, pH, leaching agent and leaching time to improve produce condition. The production example indicates the ferrous-cap gold ore with high oxidization, much clay and low grade of gold is fit for palletizing leaching. The better technical index that leaching recovery is 77% can reach.
