浮选金精矿微生物氧化渣提金工艺试验研究

摘    要:针对某含砷、含硫微细包裹类型难处理金矿石提金工艺进行了研究。该矿石常规氰化金浸出率仅为12.54%。通过对其浮选金精矿进行生物氧化预处理,并对生物氧化渣提金工艺的氰化法、氯化法、硫脲法进行了浸金对比试验。其结果表明,氯化法浸金效果最好,金浸出率可达94.73%,指标优于其他两种工艺。

Abstract:A process experimental study is carried out on arsenious and sulfuric microfine wrapped refractory gold ores of which standard cyanide leaching rate is only 12.54 %.Based on bio-oxidation pretreatment work done to flotation concentrates,comparative tests of leaching gold from bio-oxidation slag by cyanide,chloride and thiourea were conducted.The results show that chlorination process is the best of the three with gold leaching rate of 94.73 %.
