三维矿体模型的交互构建与应用

摘    要:利用已有的地质资料实现三维矿体精确模型的构建和可视化是数字矿山建设过程中的关键技术之一。介绍了添加直线段或曲线段控制轮廓线拼接,添加过渡面控制轮廓线分支,综合中段图、剖面图等多图件约束矿体边界的人工交互建模的方法,并依据地质规律建立三维矿体的线框模型。通过对矿体模型进行编辑,删除重复点、面,并进行自相交检测等操作,建立三维矿体的半边结构模型,修复模型的拓扑关系,根据顶点平坦度进行模型自适应细分,最终建立三维矿体的精确模型。以某矿区为工程应用实例,构建整个矿区的三维矿体模型,结果表明,采用人工交互建模方法构建的矿体模型空间形态更真实,显示效果好,可供同类型矿山参考借鉴。

Abstract:The construction and visualization of an accurate three-dimensional ore body model based on existing geologic data is one of the key technology in digital mine construction.The paper introduced adding the linear or curve segment to control the contour splicing,adding the transition surface to control the processing of branch,and the method of interactively modeling by combining the middle piece chart,the profile and some others charts to constrain the boundary before building the three-dimensional ore body model according the geological rules.Secondly the paper edited the ore body model,deleted the repeat points,faces and did the self-intersection detection,built up half-edge structure of the three-dimensional ore body and topological relationships,subdivided the model adaptively based on the vertex flatness,eventually built the highly accurate ore body model.The paper took a mining area for case study and constructed the three-dimensional model of the entire mining area.The results showed that the spatial morphology of the ore body model constructed by manual interactive modeling method is more real and better in display performance.The study can be used as reference by similar mines.
