摘 要: | 研究了矿浆浓度、氧化时间、充气量和氧化过程pH值对某高砷难处理金矿生物搅拌预氧化工艺的影响。结果表明,在矿浆浓度17%、氧化时间7 d、搅拌速度300 rpm、温度40℃、充气量0.4 m3.L-1.h-1、初始pH=2.0、细菌转接量10%,氧化过程不控制pH值时,硫化物氧化率为80.95%,金的浸出率为82.31%。氰化尾渣中硫化物包裹金占其中总金的53.53%,氧化废液中和可使各种有害金属离子达标排放。

Abstract: | The influence of pulp consistency,oxidation time,aeration quantity and pH value on biological pre-oxidation treatment of a refractory gold ores containing high As was investigated.The results indicate that the oxidation ratio of sulfide is 80.95% and the leaching rate of gold is 82.31% when the pulp consistency is 17%,oxidation time is 7 days,agitation speed is 300 rpm,temperature is 40 ℃,aeration quantity is 0.4m3·L-1·h-1,initial pH is 2.0,bacteria quantity is 10% and the pH value is not controlled during the process.The gold packed by sulfide in cyanide residue is 53.53% of total gold and harmful metal ions can be treated to meet standard requirement by neutralizing the waste fluid of oxidation. |
