| 摘 要： | 介绍了旋风除尘加布袋除尘的全干法除尘技术的操作控制要点,该技术在鞍钢2580 m3高炉上应用后,取得了较好的除尘效果,旋风除尘器除尘效率达85%以上,年节能效益达237.6万元,具有很好的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Key points of full dry-type dedusting technology for operating the cyclone dust extractor and bag-type dust collector are introduced. More efficient de-dusting results are achieved while the said technology is applied by 2580 m3 BF of Angang. And as a result the dedusting efficiency of the cyclone dust extractor can reach more than 85% and energy savings per year can reach 237.6x10^4 RMB, and therefore this technology is valuable to be popularized. |
