摘    要:介绍了烧结机漏风现状,对漏风率影响因素进行了分析,通过对比传统和量热法两种检测漏风率方法,提出了烧结机本体漏风率在线监测技术及降低漏风的具体措施。

Abstract:;The existing state of the air leakage on sintering machine was introduced. And also the influencing factors for the air leakage rate of sintering machine were analyzed. At last the on-line monitoring technology for the air leakage rate of sintering machine and the concrete measures for reducing the air leakage were proposed based on the comparison of the two monitoring methods of traditional method and calorimetric method.
