摘    要:通过建立稳定的顶渣控制工艺、确定合理的钢种分类、设计合理的模型结构,开发了具备自动计算功能的LF炉合金化模型,实现了与ERP生产数据实时通讯,具备自学习功能。模型应用后,LF炉目标成分合格率提高了4.6%,合金化时间平均缩短3.2 min。

Abstract:The alloying model for molten steel refining in LF with the automatic calculation function is developed by establishing the process for steadily controlling the top slag, determining the reasonable classification system for steel grades and designing the suitable model structure. Via the model the real-time communication with the ERP net can be achieved, indicating that the model owns the self-learning function. The qualified rate for controlling the target compositions during refining in LF is increased by 4.6% and the alloying time is shortened by 3.2 minutes on the average after the model is used.
