关于高纯铁生产的研究

以由铁精矿粉直接还原出来的海绵铁为原料，以非真空尖炉和真空感应炉为冶炼设备，对纯铁的冶炼工艺进行了研究与试验。通过试验，找出了最佳冶炼工艺，研制出了纯度达到日本电解铁Ｆ级水平的高纯铁。

Investigation on High Purity Iron Producing

Using sponge iron reduced by iron ore concentrate powder as raw material,the smelting process of pure iron is investigated through non vacuum induction furnace and vacuum induction furnace.A optimium smelting process is discovered through examination,and a kind of high purity iron whose purity has attained to F level of Japanese electrolytic iron is developed.
