SS400连铸坯总氧含量的分布规律

对SS400连铸坯不同部位钢中总氧含量分布进行了分析,结果表明,SS400连铸坯正常坯与过渡坯的总氧含量相对较低,平均值小于0.001 5%,能够满足洁净钢要求;头坯坯头及头坯坯尾总氧含量均值分别为0.003 9%和0.002 5%,不利于洁净钢生产,对此进行了原因分析,并提出了相应措施,实施后达到了生产要求。

Distribution Regularity of Total Oxygen Content in SS400 Continuous Casting Slab

The distribution condition of the total oxygen content in different locations of th e SS400 continuous casting slab was analyzed. The analytical results show that the total oxygen con-tent in normal slabs and intermixing slabs is relatively lower with the average content less than 0.001 5%, which can meet the requirements for smelting the clean steel. The average total oxygen content at both the head and the tail of the first slab is 0.003 9% and 0.002 5% respectively, which is bad for smelting the clean steel. For this the causes leading to relative high content of to-tal oxygen were analyzed and then the corresponding measures are proposed. After these measures are taken the requirements for smelting the clean steel are met.
