提高德兴铜矿堆浸厂铜产量的途径

摘    要:堆浸—萃取—电积工艺于 196 8年在美国投产后 ,在世界铜行业获得了飞速发展。德兴铜矿也于 1997年应用该技术建成堆浸厂 ,当年生产电积铜 5 0t。因诸多因素影响 ,投产后铜产量一直难以达产。本人在充分了解堆浸厂现状及相关研究资料的基础上 ,结合实际生产管理经验 ,对影响产量进一步提高的各因素进行了综合分析 ,并提出了相关改进措施。

Abstract:Stack leaching -extraction -electrodeposit technology put into production in American in 1968, the copper trade made rapid progress all over the world since then. Dexing Copper Mine Stack Leaching Factory was built in 1997, in the same year, the negative copper output came up to 50 tons. But for some influence factors, the productivity can't reach planning target. On basis of the present situation of stack leaching factory and related data, combining with practice management experience, author analyzes in detail the factors of influencing productivity, and puts forward appropriate improvement measures.
