现代测绘技术在土地开发整理中的应用

土地开发整理是一项新兴的耕地保护模式,土地开发整理作为国家耕地保护政策的重要组成部分,起到"开源"的作用,在国家建设无法避免的造成耕地减少的情况下,通过开发整理,从整体上增加耕地面积,提高耕地质量,以达成切实保护耕地的目的。而耕地面积的增加和变化,不能不借重于现代测绘技术,没有现代测绘技术的支撑,土地如何开发整理,开发整理的成果和效果都无法得以验证。文章在着重阐述现代测绘技术在土地开发整理中的应用规律和其相关内涵基础上,对土地开发整理每个阶段的测绘技术和其应用进行详细的分析,并且就土地开发整理测绘和地形测量、工程测量、地籍测量等相关专业测量的特点进行比较,最后结合土地开发整理项目测绘的工程实践,对开展土地开发整理中应用到的测绘讲几点体会和认识。

Application of Modern Surveying and Mapping Technology on Land Development and Arrangement

Development and arrangement of land is a new mode of cultivated land protection, as an important component part of state cultivated land protection policy, it really shows the function of ＂ Open Resource＂. Under the situation of landing reducing, through developing and arranging, the whole cultivated area is in creased, the cultivated land quality is improved, the purpose of pro- tecting cultivated land is realized. For the cultivated land area increase and change, we couldnt start the work of land developing and mapping without the modern surveying and mapping technology, the achievement and effect of development couldnt be verified without it. The applications regular pattern of modern surveying and mapping technology on land development and arrangement are expounded, the technology on different stages and its application are analyzed, relevant specialized survey characteristics such as land development and arrangement survey, topographical survey, engineering survey and cadastral survey are to be compared in this article. Finally, the engineering practice and my personnel experience and understanding are introduced in this article.
