| 摘 要： | 本文对欧盟成员国1995-2003年间的生态税、尤其是能源税与交通税与经济做了定量化的分析。结果表明:在生态税的支付中,家庭所占的支付比例是在增长的;对于同一产业的不同企业,所支付的生态税也是不同的。

| Abstract: | This article deals briefly with the ecological tax in European union between year 1995 and 2003, specially with the energy tax and communication tax. The results show that family pays an increasing proportion in the ecological tax and different enterprises pay different ecological tax even they are among the same industry area. |
