摘    要:在拆除爆破施工工程中,利用预埋PVC管作为爆破拆除的炮孔,可以有效的节约钻孔时间及成本,但其爆破效果并不能满足预期效果。针对该问题,根据炸药在PVC管中应力波的传播规律,对PVC管弱化爆破效果进行理论分析,掌握管壁材料波阻抗对孔壁初始压力的影响。利用数值模拟软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA及现场试验,将钻孔和PVC管爆破过程进行对比研究,得出使用PVC管时需要额外消耗约10%的炸药,因此根据不断的现场试验,确定使用PVC管时需要增加单孔药量为50g左右。

Abstract:In the construction work of demolition blasting,PVC tubes are used as blasting holes.It can save drilling time and cost effectively,but the blasting effect can not reach the expected effect.Aiming at this problem and according to the spread law of explosive stress-wave in PVC tube,blasting effect reduced by PVC tube is analyzed though theory.Initial stress of blasting hole wall is influenced by wave impedance of tube wall material.Numerical simulation named ANSYS/LS-DYNA and blasting tests are used,blasting of drilling hole and PVC tube are compared to study.About 10% extra explosive is needed in PVC tube.So according to continuous tests,additional explosive per blasting hole is about 50 g.It can provide references to similar blasting project.
