氟金云母微晶玻璃/轴承钢摩擦磨损的试验研究

摘    要:在盘销式摩擦磨损试验机上考察了氟金云母玻璃陶瓷与轴承钢的摩擦磨损性能,在不同载荷条件下,测试了摩擦系数和玻璃陶瓷的磨损率,用金相显微镜观察和分析磨损表面形貌,并探讨了玻璃陶瓷材料的磨损机理。结果表明:氟金云母玻璃陶瓷与轴承钢的平均摩擦系数为0.095。在较低载荷下,玻璃陶瓷的磨损失效主要源于疲劳点蚀与疲劳剥落;在较高载荷下,其磨损失效主要源于表层塑性变形与疲劳脆性断裂。

Abstract:Wear testing of glass ceramics and GCr15 bearing steel materials were performed on a pin -on-disk wear tester. Under different load condition, friction coefficient and wear rate of glass- ceramics were tested and the morphologies of worn surfaces of glass-ceramics were observed by using the optical microscope. The wear theory of glass-ceramics was analyzed. The experimental result shows that the friction coefficient was lower when the load was lower. As wear load increased, the friction coefficients increases and tends to stability, the average friction coefficient of fluorophlogopite glass ceramics and bearing steel is equal to 0.095. There exists variety on wear rate between glass ceramics and bearing steel. Abrasive wear is the main wear form between glass ceramics and bearing steel materials.
