| 摘 要： | 304不锈钢冷板是太钢的重点品种,其力学性能主要存在抗拉强度的标准差较大的问题。运用六西格玛方法,分析造成304不锈钢冷板抗拉强度不稳定的原因,并进行试验设计,针对性地实施改进。改进效果比较理想,达到了稳定304不锈钢冷板抗拉强度的目的。

| Abstract: | In this paper,6 sigma method was adopted to analyze the reason for tensile strength instability of 304 stainless steel cold rolled coil. And design of experiment(DOE)was used in order to carry out the improvement which has already resulted in ideal effect and the target is achieved of tensile strength stabilizing for 304 stainless steel cold rolled coil. |
