提高Q345B钢板屈服强度的TMCP工艺实践

摘    要:利用临钢中板厂新建的控冷设备,结合目前存在的Q345B钢板屈服强度不合格率较高的现象,进行了Q345B钢板的TMCP工艺试验.通过本次试验,给出了在现有生产条件下生产Q345B钢板的精轧开轧温度、待温厚度、碳当量的范围,提高了Q345B钢板的合格率.

Abstract:Based on higher upsoundness of YS of Q345B plate,TMCP process practice of Q345B plate was proceeded with controlled cooling equipment at Lin-gang medium-plate plant.The experiment got the rigions of initial rolling temperature,temperature-delay depth and carbon equivalent of finishing for Q345B plate,thereby,the roundness of Q345B plate was increased.
