摘    要:对Al2O3-CaO-CaF2-MgO渣系的初晶温度、电导率以及物相组成进行了研究.研究结果表明:在该渣系中,随着MgO的含量的增加,渣系的初晶温度先降后增,当MgO的加入量为7%时值最低,初晶温度为1 497℃.该渣系中,随着MgO加入量的增加和温度的升高,渣系的电导率也随着增大,其中主要物相组成为MgAl2O4、C...

Abstract:Primary crystal temperature,electrical conductivity and phase composition of Al_2O_3-CaO-CaF_2-MgO slag system were studied.The results indicated that the primary crystal temperature of the slag decreased with increasing MgO content at first,then fall.When MgO was 7%,the primary crystal temperature reached minimum value 1 497℃.And its electrical conductivity increased with the increasing of MgO content and slag temperature.Its main phase composition were composed with MgAl_2O_4、Ca_2Al_3O_6F、Ca_3Al_(10)O_(18)、Ca_(12)Al_(14)O_(33),MgAl_2O_4 increased with MgO content increasing.
