矿热炉开炉方法及其新工艺的探讨与实践

摘    要:介绍了矿热炉开炉的一般方法和两种开炉新工艺。通过对电极内部热应力产生和分布规律的分析,提出了直接电烘炉法在开炉中防止电极硬断的措施;对直接电焙电极的可行性进行分析后认为,电极壳的实际电流密度小于6.1A/mm^2的情况下送电焙烧电极不会击穿电极壳。将两种新开炉方法分别应用在电炉上实践,取得了较好效果。

Abstract:General method and other new technologies of ore smelting electric arc furnace starting-up are introduced. The measures is put forward to prevent electrode from hard broken in directly electricity hearting up by analyzing thermal stress forming and distribution inside electrode; through analyzing the feasibility of directly baking electrode by electricity, the result is obtained that if actual current density in electrode shell is less than 6. 1A/mm2, the electrode shell will not be broken down. The benefits of applying both the two new methods to electric furnace achieved are very good .
