| 摘 要： | 从矿热炉对铜瓦的性能要求方面分析了铸造铜瓦的缺陷。生产实际使用比较而言，锻造铜瓦不仅具有致密度高，冷却效果好，寿命长等优点，而且可使电耗、电炉作业率、电极寿命、炉况等均有较大改善。

| Abstract: | The shortage of contact shoe in ore smelting electric arc furnace is analysed from its performance.The practice shows,forging contact shoe not only has advantages of high compactness,good cooling results and long life,but also can greatly improving the respects of clectricity consumption,production rate,electrode life and furnace opretation conditions etc.. |
