摘    要:系统介绍了30MVA密闭电石炉热能综合利用,重点阐述余热余气发电可行性、投资效益分析等,指出此技术的核心在于炉气净化和发电设备技术参数的合理选择,并展望了余热发电技术在电石及铁合金冶金行业应用的前景。

Abstract:To introduce the comprehensive utilization of the 30 MVA hermetic calcium carbide furnace by the numbers, specially present the feasibility of cogeneration of hermetic calcium carbide furnace and its analysis of investment benefit, etc. To bring forward that the core of this technology lies in the flue gas cleaning and right choice about the generating equipment technical parameters and outlook the future of the 'eogeneration in calcium carbide and ferroalloys industries.
