摘    要:针对攀钢热轧机组采用立辊调宽的特点,利用MSC.Marc有限元分析软件对板坯在立辊及水平辊轧制过程中的不均匀变形行为进行了离线模拟解析,分析了轧制工艺条件对轧后中间坯头尾形状尺寸及宽度的影响规律.模拟结果与实测值能较好地吻合.这对热轧寻求降低切损、提高成材率的措施具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:According to the characteristic of adjusting width by erect roll at PZH Steel, the uneven deformation rule of slab during erect and horizontal rolling was analyzed by finite element simulation on base of MSC. Marc software. The effect of rolling process conditions on the width and size of head and tail of interim slab were also analyzed by numerical simulation. The results of simulation are accord with practical values. These results are helpful to find out some measures for hot rolling plant to decrease chip - off and increase incoming ratio.
